All samples (columns) give abundance data for vascular epiphyte assemblages in plots of 10x10 meters. PT = Handtuchfläche secondary forest (RSF), Ai = secondary forest at Arco Iris (Ai1: around Ai-building, Ai2-plots on neighbouring ridge towards W), Q2 = Quebrada 2 (RSF), Q5 = Quebrada 5 (RSF), PP = Pinus plantation above ECSF, LC = Loma Chamusqiuín (1-4: secondary forest below Loja-Zamora road, 5-8: secondary forest above Loja-Zamora road). Abstract: This dataset extends dataset ECSF Climate station best estimate Ver. 2 (id: 1415) Basis of extension is the raw data of ECSF Thies Station. Various gaps are filled with stations nearby: ECSF Campbell Station, ECSF Pluvio, Campbell Tower Scintillometer Station, Campbell Tower ECOv station and Thies pasture station. The known drift in the Thies temperature sensor is corrected with regression methods based on the ECSF Campbell station temperature.
