Windspeed and winddirection were measured 1m above and 1m below forest canopy.

4. Precipitation check
If precipitation is more than 40 mm then quality flag is set to "c = out of range"
If precipitation is more than 15 mm and air temperature increases more than 0.2 °C inbetween a temporal interval then quality flag is set to "e = variation impossible".
