Abstract:
Weekly time series of measured electrical conductivity and pH values in stem flow in the microcatchment Q2 (transect Q2.1). The time series extends between March 1998 and December 2016. stem flow was sampled weekly in Q2.1 with polyurethane collars and collecting bukets on 5 representative tree species: Piptocoma discolor (Kunth) Pruski, Heliocarpus americanus L., Sapium glandulosum (L.) Morong, Cyathea caracasana (Klotzsch) Domin, Cecropia angustifolia Trécul. The five stem flow samples were collected, volume-weighted and bulked to one sample per per collecting interval. Electrical conductivity and pH values were measured immediately in unfiltered aliquots in the laboratory of the ECSF.
