Abstract: DFG FOR402-Metainformation: Sampling and chemical compounds: "Bodenprobenanalyse der Auflage bis in 30cm Tiefe, 2malige Probennahme mit je 6 Mischproben, jede Mischprobe besteht aus 3 Einschägen; Parameter: C, N, NO3, NH4, mikrobiell gebundenen C und N" Soil and root respiration: "Trenchingversuch zur Bestimmung des Anteils der Wurzel- an der Gesamtatmung; in 8Plots von ca. 50x50cm werden alle Wurzeln abgetrennt und das Einwachsen neuer Wurzeln durch Barrieren verhindert; Differenz von TSR und Trench ergibt Anteil der Wurzelatmung" "wöchentliche Messung der Bodenatmung (TSR=total soil respiration) an 16 permanenten Messpunkten aus denen der Median ermittelt wird.
