Operational taxonomic units (OTUs) of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) detected in roots sampled at the 2000m NUMEX sites in October 2010.

Quality assessment ECSF climate station hourly data: Version 2; Dataset supersedes ver. 1 which is left for reference. Please be aware, that aggregated values may be wrong, due to the data gaps. This is especcially critical for precipitation. Variables: Ta2m =Air Temperature at 2 m (T) PCP = Precipitation at 1 m (P) Huma_2m = relative humidity at 2m (rH) Irradiation = global radiation at 2 m (gRad), widspeed. Emitted radiation, wind direction and soil-temperatures are not yet published For each variable, a measure of uncertainty is given in the original dimension. This value can be considered as the potential deviation from real conditions. Where no parallel measurements exist, the uncertainty is given as the standard deviation of that difference. Orthomosaic containing Georeferenced RGB Imagery from ECSF forest aquired with a low flying UAV.

This dataset contains fruit functional traits of fleshy-fruited species at three different altitudes (1000, 2000, 3000 masl)

Data in progress until the end of 2020.
Final data will be available in 2021.

This dataset extends dataset ECSF Climate station best estimate Ver. 2 (id: 1415)
Basis of extension is the raw data of ECSF Thies Station. Various gaps are filled with stations nearby: ECSF Campbell Station, ECSF Pluvio, Campbell Tower Scintillometer Station, Campbell Tower ECOv station and Thies pasture station. The known drift in the Thies temperature sensor is corrected with regression methods based on the ECSF Campbell station temperature.

Caution! Humidity seems to be too high, further checks necessary.

This dataset has been migrated from the previous FOR402-Database to the FOR816-Database by the Central Data Management Z1/FOR816.
Please keep in mind that the migration included all avilable metainfomation which were accessible through the FOR402-Database. Nevertheless, it can't be guaranteed that no thematic misinterpretation occured in the data/attribute description.
There has been no further disciplin specfic control. In any case of ambiguity please contact the dataset creator.

Orthomosaic containing Georeferenced RGB Imagery from ECSF Pasture aquired with a low flying UAV.

GPS points of the ECSF_PINOS PLOT, original files and corrected with the NCI GPS data.

Weekly time series of precipitation data from the ECSF area at the measuring station FN3 located on T2 near the ECSF meteorological station. Precipitation was measured with 5 Hellmann-type pluviometers. The resulting weekly replicates of precipitation were volume-weighted and bulked to one sample per collecting interval. Electrical conductivity and pH values were measured immediately in unfiltered aliquots in the laboratory at the ECSF.
